We can help you design a rod according to the type of fishing and target species. All you have to do is choose colors, decals and other decorative features to make your Blue Bay Custom Rod a one of a kind.

 

All orders require a 50% deposit on the cost of the rod with associated sales tax at the time the order is placed. The remaining 50% with associated sales tax including shipping and handling must be processed prior to delivery. We will notify you when your Blue Bay Custom Rod is finished and ready to be shipped to process your payment.

 

Most orders can take 4-6 weeks, depending on the backlog of existing work and the size of your order. Some orders can take less, other can take longer. You will be kept informed of your rod’s building process throughout the build with weekly or bi-weekly e-mail with pictures and description. The frequency of e-mails depends on the amount of work performed during that week.

 

Shipping and Handling

 

When possible, we will make local deliveries at no extra cost. Local deliveries refer to deliveries made within Miami-Dade or Broward County during the weekend. If the rod is to be delivered via FedEx an estimate will be provided at the time the order is placed.

 

Once you receive your new Blue Bay Rod, inspect the rod to ensure no damage has occurred during the shipping process. Please contact us immediately if the rod is damaged upon delivery.
