Blank Selection:  As with the trolling rods, Seeker and Calstar are our top choices.  Other quality brands are also available at the customer’s request.

Guides and Top:  Dependent on the style of fishing and the size of rod, the guides and tops can be roller, ring or a combination of both. All guides are of top brand such as AFTCO, Pacific Bay or Fuji.  Guides are installed with an underlay, double guide wraps and are given 2-3 coats of finish epoxy and allowed 12 hours to dry between coats.

Unibutt or Reel Seat:  This is also dependent on the style of fishing and size of rod, the customer has the option of a Unibutt or grip and aluminum reel seat options.

Fore-Grips:  EVA fore-grip with optional Leather.

Decorative Features: As with the trolling rods, all rods can be decorated with wraps, marbling and decals.
